Dr. Janice D. Moyer earned her medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine in May 1999. Following graduation, Dr. Moyer completed her medical residencies at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in Chicago, Illinois as well as Resurrection Medical Center (Chicago). Before joining Batra Vision Medical Group in 2010, she practiced ophthalmology in both Chicago, Illinois and Bakersfield, California.
A highly experienced ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Rose Kiprov received her medical degree from the prestigious Medical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. After receiving her medical degree with honors, Dr. Kiprov completed her residency in ophthalmology at both the Sackler School of Medicine (Tel Aviv, Israel) as well as Cincinatti General Hospital and was granted a much-vaunted Fellowship at Metropolitan General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 1982, she built a thriving vision care practice in Concord, performing thousands of cataract surgery procedures at Mt. Diablo Hospital.
